At Swoobie, we’re trying to make your life easier, so we stand behind our products. If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Please see the below Return Policy for details.
If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, we will gladly accept your returns within 30 days of your purchase date for an exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Currently, we only accept returns for products purchased on Swoobie.com. For purchases made through a retail store, please return to the original place of purchase. Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund from the time we receive your return.
Exchanges: If you would prefer another size or color, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 1.646.285.8164 for details on returning your item and placing a new order. Products eligible for exchange must remain unused. We are happy to help you find the right product for your needs!
Please note: We cannot accept a return (even within 30 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:
• Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
• Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care or accidents.
• Instances of abuse of the Swoobie Return Policy.

The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of Swoobie.
